A typical bathroom remodel takes 10- 14 days, from start of construction to completion.
A kitchen remodel with cabinet replacement can take up to 4-6 weeks, fabrication and installation of counter tops takes 2 weeks after cabinet installation.
We allow homeowners to purchase certain products such as cabinets, plumbing and light fixtures, ceramic tile, flooring and hardware for installation by us, for their project, we require approval of materials before installation to insure proper quality to maintain a long lasting installation.
We offer a 1 year warranty on labor. We offer a 1 year warranty on parts or materials provided by us.
We cannot offer a warranty on owner provided materials and parts, as we have no recourse to return or replace materials purchased by others.
We offer basic design services for our projects, We have capability of outsourcing professional design services if desired.
We require the capability of storing materials and some equipment at the job site during construction. This allows us to access and install products at a faster pace, minimizing the project length of time
We make every effort to keep the job site clean and organized on a daily basis. We make every effort to minimize dust and debris from traveling outside of the work area. We install carpet and floor protection.
To minimize damage to existing access to work areas. We do a thorough clean up of the work area at completion, This is not a hired cleaning service, but an general clean up of surfaces and fixtures.
We require complete access to the home during the project during normal working hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) This would include someone in the home to let us in, or a prearranged sharing of a key or codes to gain access.
We love pets, but our mission is to complete work in timely manner. We ask that pets be contained in the home away from entrance and work areas. We are not responsible for pets getting out of the house while we are working.
We also want to maintain a safe working environment, so we ask homeowners to keep family and pets out the work area as much as possible.
