Patrick dickman
Patrick Dickman was born and raised in Indianapolis and grew up on the southside of Indy.
Pat attended Perry Meridian High School, class of 1983 and attented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he majored in Business Management and Communications. At a young age, he enjoyed working with his hands, building and creating various projects. This lead to his interest in construction work. Pat started as an apprentice in several trades during summer break in high achool and college. After college, he started his career as an estimator and ultimately had the urge to get out in the field and become more hands on.
As his business started out, it became a subcontract crew for a couple of established residential remodeling companies. He built and remodeled homes from the ground up and gained valuable experience in several trades and construction management. While his company worked as subcontract crew, he started servicing his own customers and eventually became a fully independent company. Pat truly enjoy planning, building and seeing a project through from start to finish. It is very satisfying stepping back and looking at what we have created.
His personal background includes being a proud father of 2 wonderful and beautiful daughters. In 2021, his family moved to Zionsville where Pat was involved in coaching boys and girls basketball from elementary age thru high school. Pat always enjoyed working with students, watching them learn, grow and mature. This applied to his business as he would teach construction and people skills to his new employees. Pat is a big sports fan, enjoy outdoor activities, music and good food.
